    Great !!

Is there any chance you’ll ever post the plans for this Jerker mod ? Because i just bought a Jerker desk for the purpose of making music AND doing my graphic design stuff so i was wondering where to put everything and your solution seems perfect.

If you have no time or interest in putting up the plan, maybe you could let me know through email how you did it or maybe you have a link where i could obtain some more information on how to do this mod myself ?

    Many thanks in advance !

Thanks for the comment Frank! I didn’t know the desk was a Jerker (I inherited it).
I’m busy with finals right now but here were the parts:
•Two long heavy ball bearing drawer slides (ask for drawer hardware at a hardware store, mine were weighted for like 150 lbs)
•Four 90° shelf supports that are taller than your keyboard and desk thickness
•Four small thick pieces of wood (I cut up four 4 inch blocks from a piece of thick wood trim).
•Two two by fours cut to the length of your desk (If you measure first home depot will cut it for you)
    •Wood screws
The shelf supports are screwed into the desk hanging off the side, the wood blocks were screwed into the supports to connect the drawer slides which were also screwed in, and the slides were screwed to the two by fours. I assembled everything on the floor and then hung it from the desk and screwed it down. The only tricky part was the small pieces of connector wood started to crack when I drilled that many screws into it. But it’s pretty sturdy. I would use short screws to prevent cracking.
Good luck and reply back with questions!

Hi, not sure if this site is still active? but anyway, I have a Korg M50 which from the pictures of your keyboard on here I think is the same weight, so what i was wondering is do you think I would be able to hang the l joints under the desk and screw them on so they can’t be seen on the top of the desk, if you know what I mean, do you think the desk would take the weight?

Yeah I think that would probably work. I’d recommend using something stronger than the plywood blocks I used to attach the drawers to the L brackets, those ended up being the weak point.
