My fourth descent into ADD

I just wanted to note that applecare sucks more now. Last year I called them and they were very helpful at like 10 PM on a Sunday night, now they’re only open monday – friday 6 AM – 6 PM. Their support page also does not have a phone number you can call or a link to more helpful resources, and the contact number is buried. (It’s 1 800 475 2273.) Do you hear me apple? (Believe it or not, linking your complaints to a target website is an effective way to complain because your site shows up in their referrer logs.)
